Another digital Punch art project:-)

Some of you might be wondering why am I only posting digital project since I'm moved in? Well, I'm working on a secret project and turns out that it is taking a lot of my time.  Once the super dooper secret project is set aside, I'll go back to my old ways and do both types of projects and share them with you.

Inspired by this card from Thoughts That Stick blog.  Isn't it the cutest thing you've ever seen?  I just had to take a stab at it and see what could be done in MDS!

Easy Breezy Kewl sample, yeah!

A little bit later than expected but I got it done, lol!

Still have not located all of my supplies so making a card just is a tiny bit trickier than usual... I am getting there though:)
Challenge (and what a challenge, what was I thinking?) Easy Breezy Kewl Colour challenge runs twice a month, the prize; my sample :)

Ingredients: Pumpkin Pie (textured), Ruby Red, Mellow Moss, Crushed Curry, Soft Suede and Very vanilla card stock, linen thread, dimensionals, border trim scallop punch and corner punch, white gel pen, sponges, big shot, textured plate, button (from stash) glue dot, stampin'write markers, heart to heart punch, With All My Heart stamp set and Friendly Words jumbo wheel.

MDS Congratulations

Good afternoon all... Well time for a few good news:-) I did it... Done with school, I passed all my classes, so happy to have this out of the way.
Secondo, I am going back to work... Great company, really close by, in my field plus I'll get to speak French with people in Quebec :) Start date, this Easter Monday.  Soooo excited!!!
I also managed to unpack most of my stamping supplies and tools... I'l be able to re-start playing again:) Finally, everything is falling back into place.

So, one project done with MDS (Simply because I do not have any of that designer paper on hand)
Challenge inspired... Mojo Monday.  Theme, Congratulations cause I think I deserve it, lol!!!

MDS Monday and the Door prize winner

First, the MDS project... quick card for Easter as it is just around the corner and an update on Sunday's open house...

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that took time out of their busy schedules to come for a visit, a chat, shop and create.  I was nice meeting all of you.  I will definitively do it again once Stampin'Up! releases the next Idea book and Catalogue and 'same deal' for you in regards to "retiring sets"...  Now, the winner for the little basket of goodies is... Anne-Marie B. from Guelph. Congratulations, hope you will enjoy your gifts.  And for those of you that could not make it, I'll have 2 draws at my next one:)

Since it was my first time hosting an open house... any feedback will be appreciated:)

Now, I am beat and Monday after supper, I am writting my FINAL EXAM for my HR certificate.  Need to review all my notes so no computer, emails, facebook all day until after school.  Wish me Luck!

Great news ...
#1 - This week I am a honored to be a Featured Designer over at "Our Creative Corner". Be sure to go and check it out, the challenge this week is Easter.
#2 - Later on today, I should be able to do a card... with real paper, yeah, Sooooo Excited!!!
#3 - Moved out and in... Still a lot of unpacking ahead but I'm getting there:)
#4 - Had 2 interviews and they liked me... moving forward in the interview process (in the end, work equals pay equals more SU stuff, lol)

And for my quick post, not sure I like it as much as the last one but... here it goes.

Boxes here, boxes there... I have boxes everywhere.

Quick update...moved on Wednesday, got tv, internet and everywhere I look I see boxes, boxes, boxes...

I plan on re-assembling my tables for my Oasis on Saturday and hopefully have a project to share at the end of that day:) Remember my open house on Sunday and please feel free to top by and say hi if you happen to be close by:)

Robbyn's Make and Take

Yesterday, I took a quick break from all that craziness surrounding my move and decided to go to an open house.  Robbyn is a new Stampin'Up! demonstrator and she did an amazing job. So organized... Yeah you!

I wish I could stay online and chat more about this but I just need to keep on packing :-)

So I am sharing a quick pic of her make and take and on the "move update side of things", only 2 more sleeps before the move... So excited, my daddy should be here shortly and doesn't know it yet but he'll have to keep monkey busy:-)
