Hello crafty people:-)  Still have 3 spots left for this Saturday's class.  You will get to make 2 cards of each of the 5 designs shown here and this includes envelopes all for $25.

Place a $40 order this week end and only pay $10 for the class, plus you'll get a 50% on the shipping fees.  Sounds good? Well, send me an email and come on over... we'll have fun and you'll get to have an evening out and meet new people:-)

For the curious minds out there... I did call Stampin'Up! today and asked if ALL the Artisan Award winners had been notified and they said that they had no confirmation yet in that regards... We'll see.  Once the official list comes out then I'll be able to let you know when I'll be able to share my projects submitted for the contest.

Sneak peek of the upcoming masculine card class...

How could I have stayed inside this past week end to complete my projects for the 29th?!  No way, lol! Too gorgeous outside and I also met with my little sis that came to Pickering with their trailer... Did someone say Camping? I'M DEFINITIVELY IN!!!!  So kewl for all the little ones to run, play and scream in a safe environment:-) You want to know why I skipped the MDS MonDayS post?... Same reason, no sacrificing outside time with sis to play with a puter, lol!  Pretty sure I was not the only one slacking off on Monday:-)

Now, that being said, I only have one card to share with you today... I know what I want to do for the 4 other designs, just need to finish assembling them :-)  Keep coming back, I'll be sharing 2 more designs over the next 2 days and I will surprise you with the final 2 at the class:-)  Contact me today, still have room for more people...

Another Challenge or should I say 2:-)

When I was snooping around to find a sketch to play with, I couldn't resist the temptation from Mojo Monday... It has been a really long time since I actually played with their sketches. The other challenge that I didn't want to skip this week was the colour Q one from Arielle.  I rarely get to play during the week and week-ends are busy with life stuff so I usually remember Arielle's challenge once it's close :-( But not today, lol!

Here you go a real paper challenge, no MDS!
So Mojo Monday and colour Q.  Go see the ideas and give it a try...Have fun!

Ingredients: All SU Kiwi Kiss cs, ribbon and dp (retired), Summer sun, soft Suede, Bermuda Bay and whisper white cs, Shimmer paint (Champagne) and as usual, sponges, Big shot, embossing plates, dies, just buzzin by stamp set, dimensionals, tombow glue, white gel pen...

MDS MonDayS... Those big puppy eyes

When my son was playing around last week end and traumatizing the dog,  to give this furry one a break, I suggested that he made himself useful and take pictures of mommy moving furniture around and close up of your toys.  Firt thing I noticed is this picture of "Biscuit" or lovable 4 legged friend:-)

I just had to scrapbook this moment:-)
I also decided to play along with Colour Throwdown... I know that it has been a while:-) Challenges are always fun!

How about that Specialty Designer Paper from Stampin'Up!

It has been a while since I last shared with you a 3-D project... Because I will never get through a day without my cup of COFFEE in the morning (it can be either with or without caffeine... just love the taste) I wanted to use up the new paper as well as Tess :-) even though we will have to wait and see if she will be in the catalogue, I thought that she would be just perfect for this type of project.

Here she is :-)

 ENJOY!!!
Ingredients: Starbuck mug (pretty sure we can order those somewhere else), Specialty Designer Paper from the Summer mini, sponges, inks, spritzer tool, craft ink, clear embossing powder, stampin'write markers, paper snips and tombow adhesive.  If you leave me a comment I'll work hard at getting a deal for those mugs and do a class:-)... LMK!
There is still room for 5 people for the Ronald McDonald thank you 'Stamp of the month' class on Saturday May 22nd.  By letting me know before this Friday, I'll have time to pre-cut and get all other supplies ready but the stamp set will arrive later on in the month.  Quick, come join us.  You'll need about 45-50 minutes at the most to complete the 2 cards shown HERE.
See U soon!

Something different.

Well, I am usually the one sending out cards... I love it so much that I actually forgot how nice it was to receive one too! So this is one that was sent to me a while back when all the piece of my life where falling back into place... Finishing off school, moving into a new home, started a new job, etc... oh, and starting a new year... a lot closer to 40 than the previous month:-)

Anywho, a HUGE thank you goes out to Chrystine for this beautiful card... It meant a lot:-)  Now I will go back into my stampin'Oasis to create more cards tomorrow and or this week end.  I am grounded (kinda, when you ground your kid and don't let him watch tv or play with the Wii, you are also punishing yourself!!! What else can he do in the basement!)

Bon Appetit!!!

I just love special orders:-) This is for my favorite Realtor in the whole wide world , hee, hee.  Not only did she take care of selling our house, she found us our new HOME plus I made a new friend throughout all of this process.  She did an amazing job at getting people to notice, very professional, knows exactly what she is doing and how to do it... take it from me (and hubby) if you need someone to take care of you, and sell your house, give her a shout! You won't be disappointed.

Now on to the card... Voilà stamp set, polka dot embossing folder, big shot, barely banana and ballet blue card stock plus sponges and Summer sun ink to give it a golden effect (should have used green instead of blue that would have been the Homelife colours, lol, maybe next time) stampin'write markers, dimensionals, heating tool, clear embossing powder and basic black craft ink.

Voilà!
