One last card in 2010....

Got this one in the mail from Michelle Sturgeon (come stamp with me)

How cute is this?... Michelle used the Jolly Bingo Bits stamp set from the Holiday mini (you still have time to order it before January 3rd, 2011), the basic Rhinestones Jewels and strips from the Jolly Holiday Designer series paper.  The base is in Old Olive, images are stamped in Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler on WHisper white CS and matted on Cherry Cobbler CS.

Cute Christmas... On Christmas :-)

 A sample made at my last Palooza...  Merry Christmas everyone!

1. Run a 4″x5 ¼” piece of whisper white CS through the Big Shot using the Northern Flurry Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
2. Lay a 5 ½ ″ piece of Whisper White satin ribbon across the top of the card – bring the ends of the ribbon around to the back of the Whisper White embossed front and stick them down with SNAIL adhesive. 
3. Repeat the above step with the5 ½” piece of Clear Tinsel Trim.
4. Stamp the “snowman ” from the Cute Christmas Stamp set in black Stazon ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White CS.
5. Color in the snowman using a blender pen and Stampin’Write markers.
6. Add Dazzling Diamonds glitter to the snow if desired.
7. Punch out the snowman using the 1 3/8” circle punch.
8. Punch out a scallop circle in Baha Breeze CS
9. Center and stick the snowman piece onto the Baha Breeze punch out.
10. Stick the image piece to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
11. Stick the embossed piece to the card front, about 1/8 ″ down from the top edge of the card. You’re done

My Digital Studio to the Rescue...

Happy Tuesday all,

I have been getting little hints from some of you that you might like me more (like that's even possible, I am just too adorable already) if I started to share instructions and/or templates when I post my projects... I know, that would be awesome right well... drum roll please..... trrttrrtrrrrtrrrr!!!

Starting in 2011, I WILL TRY REALLY HARD TO DO IT!!!!  Yeah you!!!! :-)  I also know that I am not making any promises.  This is something that takes a bit of time to do and as you all know, I am working full time in HR/Payroll.  Week-ends are for cleaning, shopping, cooking and stamping.  If I get some free time then I sleep, lol!

In the mean time here is the stocking template.  I re-created it using MDS and if I am not mistaking, print it on a regular sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 and it should fit perfectly.

This is a JPEG file.  If it doesn't work, just email me and I'll send it to you in another format (still working on that).

Our Creative Corner ~ Emboss with Colours

Simple enough... Yep... except when I found myself without an idea!  Any who... I decided to play with my inks and sponges and voilà, one more Christmas card!  

***On another note, for those of you out there that worry about me not eating :-) no worries, I eat, I just won't sleep as much till my projects are finalized, lol! and thank you for asking! ***

For whatever reason, I just couldn't get a great picture... I wish that I had some kind of a pass with the postal services and a gazillion resources to make one of these for everyone of you out there that take the time to visit!
